This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing and reviewing the Credit Usage Dashboard in 11x. The dashboard allows you to monitor your workspace’s credit balance, analyze usage trends, and review credit consumption by campaign. Prerequisites
- You must have permission to access the Settings section and the Credits tab in your 11x workspace.
- At least one campaign should be active or completed in your workspace to view meaningful usage data.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to the Campaigns Page
- After signing in, you will land on the Campaigns page, where your active campaigns are displayed.

Access the Settings Menu
- In the left sidebar, scroll to the bottom and click Settings.
- This will take you to the Settings page, where you can manage team members and other workspace configurations.

Open the Credits Tab
- At the top of the Settings page, click the Credits tab (located next to Team, Integrations, and Sourcing).
- This will open the Credit Usage Dashboard.

Review the Credit Usage Dashboard
- The dashboard is divided into three main panels:
- Remaining Credits: Shows your current credit balance, total allocation, days remaining, and expiration date. (e.g., in this example, 9,779,419 out of 1,000,000 credits, 18 days remaining, expires on 15 Nov 2025)
- Credit Usage Trends: Displays a graph of credit consumption over time. You can see usage patterns and trends for a selected date range (e.g., Oct 15, 2025 – Nov 15, 2025 in this example).
- Usage by Campaign: Lists each campaign with credits used, campaign quota, projected usage, and status (e.g., ACTIVE, PAUSED). Example campaigns shown include ‘Justin AI snippet test 2’, ‘JUSTIN TEST FOR TEMPLATE ISSUES’, and ‘Targeted Outreach for Software Sales Leaders’.

- View Credit History: Click the View Credit History link below the Remaining Credits panel to see a detailed, chronological log of credit activity.
