Configuring General and Step-Specific Prompts in the 11x.ai Campaign Builder

Overview

This guide explains how to configure both general and step-specific prompts (called “Sequence instructions” and “Add instruction to specific message” in the 11x.ai interface) within the Campaign Builder. • Apply a single set of instructions to all messages in a sequence (general prompt)
  • Add unique instructions to individual messages (step-specific prompts)

Expected outcome: You will have clear, customized instructions applied to your campaign’s messaging sequence, ensuring Alice generates messages aligned with your goals.
