Troubleshooting

  • Preview Issues: If the audience preview does not display as expected, double-check your column mappings.

Success Criteria

  • You have successfully reached the stage where your CSV file is uploaded, columns are mapped, and the audience preview displays your contact data correctly.
  • You are able to proceed to the next step of campaign configuration by clicking Next.

Tips

  • For best results, include as many relevant columns as possible in your CSV to enable advanced personalization.
  • Double-check your CSV for formatting errors before uploading to avoid import issues.
  • Use the audience preview to verify that your data is mapped and displayed as intended before moving forward.
