Creating a New Campaign Using Template Mode

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for creating a new campaign using template mode in the 11x platform. You will learn how to select a campaign template, define your audience using filters (such as job title), and proceed to the messaging configuration stage. Following these steps ensures your campaign targets the right audience and is set up for further customization.
Prerequisites
- You must have permission to create campaigns within your organization’s 11x account.
- Ensure you know the audience criteria you want to target (e.g., specific job titles).
Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to the Campaigns Dashboard
- From the main menu, select Campaigns to access the campaigns dashboard.
- On this page, you can view existing campaigns and campaign statistics.

Start a New Campaign
- Click the Create Campaign button located on the left side of the dashboard.
- A modal window titled SELECT PLAY will appear, showing available campaign templates.

Choose a Campaign Template
- Select the template that best fits your campaign goals. In this example, Cold outbound is chosen to engage new prospects with personalized outreach.
- Click on the Cold outbound option to proceed.

Select Audience Source
- In the SELECT AUDIENCE SOURCE modal, choose how you want to source contacts for your campaign.
- For campaigns using filters, select Find new leads.

- Click Continue to proceed.

Configure Audience Filters
- You will be taken to the New Campaign › Audience tab, where you can define your audience using various filters.
- Click on Contact Details to expand the filter options.

Add a Job Title Filter
- In the Job Title field, type the desired job title (e.g., “CEO”).
- As you type, a dropdown list of matching job titles will appear.

- Select the appropriate job title from the dropdown (in this example, “CEO”).

Verify Audience Selection
- After selecting the job title, the system will display the number of leads found that match your criteria (e.g., “533,508 Leads found” in this example).
- Confirm that the filter is applied and the audience preview updates accordingly.

Proceed to Messaging Configuration
- Click the Next button in the upper right corner to move to the Messaging tab.
- This completes the audience setup. You can now continue configuring your campaign’s messaging and other settings as needed.
Troubleshooting
- No Leads Found: If no leads appear after applying filters, try broadening your criteria (e.g., use a more general job title or remove additional filters).
- Dropdown Not Appearing: Ensure you are typing a valid job title. Wait a moment for the dropdown to load suggestions.
- Cannot Proceed: The Next button may be disabled if required filters are not set. Double-check that you have selected at least one job title or other required audience criteria.
Success Criteria and Verification
- The correct campaign template is selected (e.g., “Cold outbound”).
- The audience filter (e.g., job title “CEO”) is applied and the number of matching leads is displayed.
- The Next button is enabled, allowing you to proceed to the messaging configuration.
- You see a preview of the audience on the right side of the screen.
