How to Pause an Active Campaign in 11x

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for pausing an active campaign in the 11x platform. Pausing a campaign temporarily stops all campaign activities, such as lead sourcing and outreach, until you choose to resume it. This is useful for making adjustments, troubleshooting, or temporarily halting outreach without deleting the campaign.
Prerequisites
- You must have Campaign Manager access (either as the campaign owner or with manager permissions) to pause campaigns.
- The campaign you wish to pause must have an “ACTIVE” status.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to the Campaigns Dashboard
- From the main menu, click “Campaigns” on the left sidebar to open the campaigns dashboard.
- Locate the campaign you want to pause. Ensure its status is shown as “ACTIVE” (in this example, “Targeted Outreach for Software Sales Leaders”).

- Click the name of the active campaign you wish to pause. This will open the campaign’s details page.
