Selecting and Opening a DRAFT or PAUSED Campaign in 11x
Overview
This guide explains how to select and open a DRAFT or PAUSED campaign in 11x. You will learn how to locate campaigns by their status and access their Overview screen to review campaign details. This process is useful for managing, editing, or resuming campaigns that are not currently active.
Prerequisites
- At least one campaign with DRAFT or PAUSED status in your 11x account
Step-by-Step Instructions
-
Navigate to the Campaigns Page
- From the main navigation menu on the left, click “Campaigns”. This opens the campaigns dashboard, displaying a table of all campaigns and their statuses.

-
Locate a DRAFT or PAUSED Campaign
- In the campaigns table, look for campaigns with the Status column showing either DRAFT or PAUSED.
- You can visually scan the list or use the Status filter at the top to narrow down the results to only DRAFT and PAUSED campaigns.
- In this example, the campaign “Targeted Outreach for Software Sales Leaders” is marked as PAUSED.
-
Open the Campaign Overview
- Click the campaign name (e.g., “Targeted Outreach for Software Sales Leaders”) in the Campaign column. This will open the Overview screen for that campaign.

-
Verify the Campaign Status and Details
- On the Overview screen, confirm that the campaign status is displayed as PAUSED (or DRAFT if you selected a draft campaign).
- Review the campaign details, such as the number of contacts sourced, campaign progress, and the list of contacts associated with the campaign.
- In this example, the Overview screen shows:
- Campaign name: “Targeted Outreach for Software Sales Leaders”
- Status: PAUSED with a “Campaign is paused” message
- Sourcing progress (e.g., 911/1,036 contacts sourced, 88%)
- Table of contacts with job titles, companies, and statuses
Success Criteria
- The Overview screen for the selected DRAFT or PAUSED campaign is displayed
- The campaign status is clearly shown as DRAFT or PAUSED
- Campaign details and contact list are visible for review or further action
Troubleshooting
- No DRAFT or PAUSED campaigns available:
- If you do not see any campaigns with DRAFT or PAUSED status, you may need to create a new campaign or duplicate an existing one and set its status to DRAFT.
- Unable to open campaign:
- Ensure you are clicking the campaign name in the Campaign column, not the status or other fields.
- Campaign details not loading:
- Refresh the page or check your internet connection if the Overview screen does not load as expected.
Tips
- Use the Status filter to quickly find DRAFT or PAUSED campaigns, especially if you have many campaigns in your account.
- Reviewing the Overview screen allows you to edit, resume, or analyze the campaign before taking further action.
