Access and Review the Credit Usage Dashboard in Alice 2.0

This guide explains how to access and review the Credit Usage Dashboard in Alice 2.0. The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your organization’s credit balance, usage trends, and campaign-specific consumption. Following these steps will help you monitor and manage your credit allocation effectively.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a user role with permission to view credit information in Alice 2.0.
  • Ensure you know where the “Settings” option is located in the left-hand navigation bar.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Settings Page

    • From the main navigation menu on the left, click Settings. This will take you to the Settings page where you can manage various aspects of your account.

  2. Access the Credits Tab

    • On the Settings page, locate the row of tabs at the top (e.g., Team, Integrations, Sourcing).
    • Click the Credits tab to open the Credit Usage Dashboard.

  3. Review the Credit Usage Dashboard

    The dashboard displays several key sections:

    • Remaining Credits Card: Shows your current credit balance and the total credits available for the billing period. Also displays the number of days remaining and the expiration date for the current cycle.
      • Example: “9,779,740 / 1,000,000 credits” with “18 days remaining” (expires on 15 Nov 2025).
    • Credit Usage Trends Graph: Visualizes credit consumption over time and projects future usage through the end of the billing cycle. The date range is shown at the top right (e.g., Oct 15, 2025 – Nov 15, 2025).
    • Usage by Campaign Table: Lists all active campaigns with columns for campaign name, credits used, campaign quota, projected usage, and status. This helps you compare daily burn rates and total usage per campaign.
      • Example campaigns:
        • “Justin AI snippet test 2”: 27 credits used, quota 2, projected 62 usage, status ACTIVE
        • “JUSTIN TEST FOR TEMPLATE…”: 14 credits used, quota 1, projected 32 usage, status ACTIVE
        • “Targeted Outreach for Software…”: 6,880 credits used, quota 1,036, projected 29,486 usage, status ACTIVE
    • Additional Features:
      • Date range selector to adjust the reporting period
      • “View Credit History” button for detailed historical data
      • Section for deleted campaigns (e.g., 335 credits used)

Verification and Success Criteria

  • You should see the “Credits” tab selected and the Credit Usage Dashboard displayed.
  • The dashboard should show your current credit balance, usage trends graph, and a table of campaign-specific usage.
  • All data (credit amounts, campaign names, dates) will reflect your organization’s actual usage; the numbers shown above are for illustration only.

Troubleshooting

  • Credits Tab Not Visible: If you do not see the “Credits” tab, you may not have the required permissions. Contact your organization admin to request access.
  • Data Not Updating: If the dashboard does not reflect recent activity, try refreshing the page or adjusting the date range selector.
  • Unexpected Usage Spikes: Review the “Usage by Campaign” table to identify high-usage campaigns. Consider adjusting campaign settings if needed.

  • Use the “View Credit History” button for a detailed breakdown of past credit usage.
  • Regularly monitor the “Usage Trends” graph to anticipate when you may need to purchase additional credits or adjust campaign activity.
  • If you need to conserve credits, review high-usage campaigns and adjust their settings as appropriate.
