The Brand Voice settings in Alice allow you to personalise the tone and style of your communication, ensuring your messages align with your company’s voice and resonate with your audience. This guide walks you through configuring the settings to suit your preferences.


Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Brand Voice Settings

  • You’ll see sliders and style options to customise your tone and style.

2. Customise Tone

  • Adjust the Tone sliders to set the level between:

    • Casual Image 3 Formal: Define how conversational or professional the tone should be.

Adjust Casual-Formal Tone

  • Playful Image 4 Serious: Determine whether the tone should be light-hearted or business-focused.

3. Select Style

  • Choose a predefined Style to further personalise your communication:
    • Persuasive: Designed to influence and convince.
    • SDR Mode: Focused on lead generation and sales messaging.
    • Cheeky: Light-hearted and engaging with a touch of humour.
    • Technical: Detailed and precise with technical terminology.

4. Apply Voice Settings

  • Once satisfied with your selections, click Apply Voice Settings.

  • A confirmation message will appear: “Brand voice settings updated successfully.”
