Why Aren’t My Leads Being Sourced? | Alice 2

Overview

If you’ve noticed that sourcing isn’t taking place as expected in Alice, there are a few possible reasons. Understanding why this might happen can help you troubleshoot and get things back on track. Let’s break it down:


Out of Credits

Sourcing contacts requires credits. If your account has run out of credits, Alice won’t be able to source any leads for your campaign. To resolve this, you can top up your credits to continue the sourcing process.


No Results in the Data Set

If your audience criteria are too narrow or specific, Alice might not be able to find enough contacts that match. When this happens, the sourcing step won’t have any results to process. You may need to broaden your criteria slightly to source more leads.


Completed CSV or Filter Campaigns

For CSV campaigns, if all rows in your file have already been processed, no more contacts will be sourced. Similarly, if you’re running a filter campaign, Alice will stop sourcing once all available records are processed.


Website Visitor Campaigns: No Visitors Yet

For website visitor campaigns, sourcing can only happen once someone visits your website. If there have been no visitors yet, Alice won’t be able to source any leads for this type of campaign.
